Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JunkFlow. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

JunkFlow is business-management software for junk removal operators: scheduling, contacts, estimates, invoicing, payments, and related tools. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

• You're responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• You must have the right to store the customer information you enter.
• When you text or email customers through your device, you're responsible for complying with applicable communication laws (e.g. TCPA / CAN-SPAM).

Payments

Card processing is provided by Stripe under your own connected Stripe account; funds settle directly to you and Stripe's terms apply. JunkFlow never holds your funds.

Your data

Your business records belong to you. You can export them from the app at any time. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the platform, no infringing on others' rights.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
